Privacy notice
Short version: the contact form is the only thing here that collects anything, we use it to reply to you, and we don’t run analytics or advertising trackers.

What this site collects
The only place this website collects information is the contact form. When you submit it, we record the name, email address, organization, area of interest, and message you entered.
We also record the page you submitted from, your browser’s user-agent string, and a one-way hash of your IP address. The hash is not reversible and we do not store your IP address itself. It exists so we can tell that the same source has submitted the form 60 times in an hour and stop abuse, and for nothing else.
What we do with it
We use it to read your message and reply to you. That is the whole purpose. We do not sell it, rent it, share it with data brokers, or add you to a marketing list. If you become a client, information about your engagement is governed by our agreement with you rather than by this notice.
Where it is stored
Submissions are stored in a database we control, hosted on Cloudflare’s infrastructure. A copy of each submission is emailed to us at info@threeriversintelligence.com through Resend, our email delivery provider, so it also passes through their systems in transit.
What this site does not do
- No analytics. We do not run Google Analytics or any equivalent.
- No advertising or cross-site tracking pixels.
- No third-party cookies. The site sets no cookies at all.
- No externally hosted fonts or scripts. Fonts are served from this domain, so loading a page does not announce your visit to anyone else.
How long we keep it
We keep contact submissions while they are useful for responding to you and maintaining a record of who has reached out. You can ask us to delete yours at any time and we will.
Your choices
Write to info@threeriversintelligence.com to ask what we hold about you, to have it corrected, or to have it deleted. There is no form for this and no process to navigate — it is the two of us reading the mail.
AI and your information
We use AI tools in our own work, and we are deliberate about what they touch. Client financial records and personally identifying information are not pasted into third-party AI tools as a matter of practice. Where AI assists on client deliverables, an experienced person reviews the output before it reaches your board, your auditors, or your funders.
Changes
If we change what this site collects, we change this page at the same time. The date at the top tells you when it was last revised.
